What is your mission statement or philosophy of business?

While we don’t have an official mission statement, our philosophy of business has been focused on creating the picture perfect home. We achieve this through home staging techniques designed to meet client’s needs and budgets and most importantly making properties desirable to potential buyers to generate offers quickly and at the highest value. This is extremely important to sellers and their Realtors because everyone wins in this scenario.  

Tell us something about yourself. Maybe something interesting from a previous work life, something that has shaped your philosophy.

Both Deveron and I come from non real estate backgrounds. Me from corporate Human Resources and Deveron from education. I’m an avid runner and triathlete and Deveron’s more of a socialite attending many events such as the Howard County Association of Realtors. I think our backgrounds help us in developing strong relationships with our clients many of whom give us repeat business. This is crucial in our line of work as we constantly seek new clients to ensure our success. 

Share a recent success story or a story you’re really proud of. Could be industry related or something outside of business. 

We’ve been very successful in helping to sell homes the homes we stage as we create the feeling of home. For a buyer who is looking for a new home, a vacant property just doesn’t always feel like home. We create that feeling through our staging work with homes selling quickly after they are staged. Some in as little as 1-2 days after being listed. We always know we’ve helped our clients when they call to tell us they are under contract. We feel really good about this knowing that we are helping our client make the most from their investment. Often times that means they can they focus on buying their next home. We help make dreams come true!

Staging is so much more than a plant and few accessories. With a vacant home it’s the difference between selling in 60 days or less verses sitting on the market for more than 90 days. And staging is affordable! The investment in staging is always less than a price reduction on your home.
